GTperu and its affiliates act only as agents for the passengers with respect to services provided by others, including but not limited to hotels, restaurants, sightseeing, adventures and transportation. ( land, sea and air)

GTperu and it's agents shall not be liable for any wrongful death, injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience arising from any defect of any vehicle or act, omission, neglect, accident, error or default of a company or person engaged in providing such hotels, restaurant, sightseeing, adventure, transportation or other services of the tour.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS: Declares that you are participating in the activities with knowledge of the dangers involved and hear by you agree to be responsible for your own welfare and you assume any and all risks of illness, injury, emotional trauma and death and hereby release and discharge GTperu, its owners' agents or associates from all actions, claims, demands for damages resulting in your participation in the trip and or adventure.

NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TOUR PRICE: Airfare or Meals, unless mentioned. Costs of visas, passports, tourist cards, vaccination certificates, excess baggage charges, personal baggage or health insurance, tips for tour guides, airport taxes, air transportation (unless noted) or items used for personal nature.

CANCELLATIONS: Are required in writing and received by GTperu. Fees are as follows prior to departure date. From 90-60 days = less 25% per person. From 59-45 days = less 40% per person. From 44-30 days = less 60% per person. From 29-15 days = less 75% per person, Less than 14 days = 100% fee is assessed. NOTE : All Inca Trail permits purchased there is a 100% cancellation fee.

FORM OF PAYMENT: All land services are to be paid in U.S. funds 30 - 45 days prior to departure unless otherwise advised. Methods of payment by either a Bank wire, Western Union we recommend for Inca trail spaces to book from 4 to 5 months in advance
